Diwancheruvu is a village and a gram panchayat in East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh, India. This village and its surroundings are famous for custard apple cultivation and marketing. The village also forms a part of Godavari Urban Development Authority.

Geography

This area, which is near Rajahmundry is situated on National Highway 16 which connects Chennai and Kolkata.

Though there are no institutes of note in the boundaries of this village, there are a quite a few colleges nearby. Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology and Aditya Engineering College are engineering colleges near the area.
