Disappearance of Julie Surprenant

Julie Surprenant is a 16-year-old girl who disappared in Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada on 15 November 1999. Her whereabouts remain unknown. Richard Bouillon, the Surprenant family's neighbour, was the prime suspect but was never charged. In 2012, it was revealed that Bouillon had made a deathbed confession to two hospital employees in Laval in 2006, admitting that he had murdered Julie Surprenant. The case remains unsolved to this day.
