Dinah Chan Siew Kheng (born 1985 or 1986) is a road cyclist from Singapore. Chan won the gold medal in the individual time trial at the 2013 South East Asian Games, held in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, ending a 16 year title drought for Singapore. Chan competed for Singapore at the 2010 and 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, finishing 4th in the individual time trial in the latter. She also participated at the 2010 UCI Road World Championships and 2011 UCI Road World Championships.
