The group has been focusing on China markets since 1991. The Group’s network spans across Asia pacific, North America and Europe, with over 300 service outlets in 58 countries (and over 143 owned offices in 17 countries). Dimerco is IATA Cargo Agent, ISO/PAS 28000, NVOCC Licensed, Class A Licensed in China, C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and AEO (Authorized economic operator) certified.

1971-1984
1971: Dimerco started as an airfreight service provider within Taiwan market. The first office was established in Taiwan, but Dimerco expanded its network overseas in New York, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, and Singapore.
1975: Dimerco became a member of the International Air Transportation Association (I.A.T.A.).
1985-1995
From 1985 to 1995, Dimerco expanded its network to the whole Asia Pacific region providing both air and ocean freight transport solutions.
1989: Dimerco implemented its airfreight IT system called "DIM" (Dimerco Information Management) consisting of Import & Export operation modules integrated with "Account Mate's A/R modules", a 3rd party's accounting system.
1992: Dimerco completed EDI connection with Taiwan's Customs in November as one of the pioneers to provide an electronic customs clearance service.
1996-Present
From 1996 to 2016, Dimerco keeps expanding its international network. The company provides transport services. Step by step, China & ASEAN have become major markets for the company in terms of activity volume. Dimerco regional offices headquartered in North America, China, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and Europe, to set directions and strategies via innovations and adjustments for the corporate management.
2001: Dimerco becomes the first forwarder and logistics service provider publicly listed in GreTai Securities Market( current name: Taipei Exchange/TPEx ) on 15 October.
2002: Dimerco has an established network of more than 100 service locations worldwide. This includes own branch offices, Joint Ventures, and partner agents covering the China & South East Asia, North America, Europe, and Australia.
2012: Dimerco receives AEO(Authorized economic operator) Certification in Taiwan, recognizing the company as “a party involved in the international movement of goods in whatever function that has been approved by or on behalf of a national Customs administration as complying with WCO or equivalent supply chain security standards”.
2012: Dimerco acquires a US-based customs brokerage service company, MYK Global Service Inc. on Jan. 16, 2012.
2013: In February 2013 Dimerco Express Netherlands B.V. was awarded AEO (Authorized economic operator) certification. With this status all AEO (Authorized economic operator) companies with similar program such as EU-US Joint Customs Cooperation Committee, and over 70 countries committed to implement the Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade, customs facilitations and simplifications that can be achieved by AEO (Authorized economic operator) companies.
2014: Consolidation Yield Management System(CYM)and Data Synchronization Method accredited with US and Taiwan patents recognition respectively .
2015: Per top 25 logistics providers of the "2014's Largest Forwarders by Air Freight Metric Tonnes", published by Air Cargo World (ACW)'s June issue, Dimerco was ranked no. 21.

Dimerco is a global transporter, consultant and logistics service provider. The company provides various services such as: ocean freight, airfreight, logistics and warehousing, customs brokerage, trucking and global logistics supply chain management consultancy services.
Air freight
Airfreight is the core business of Dimerco Express Group. Dimerco’s airfreight service offers scheduled consolidation services, direct air carrier, airport-to-airport and door-to-door delivery features. The company built up many carriers’ partnerships to provide services.

Ocean freight is the second core activity of the company. Diversified Freight System is an independent full-service division of Dimerco Express Group.

Dimerco also offers a combination of Sea and Air service to transport cargo. Dimerco provides services including Vendor-managed inventory (VMI) Service, raw materials Distribution, finished goods distribution, reverse logistics and after sales logistics. It also provides distribution assortment, cross-docking, “just in time”, sequenced supply synchronized delivery management, and in-transit mixing product support.
Dimerco provides trucking in targeted locations. In 2006, Diversified Transportation (China) Co. Ltd. was established to fulfill the trucking service in China. Dimerco established cross-border trucking service in Southern Asia, China and North America.
