Richard C. "Dick" Wardill (5 July 1872 – 28 August 1929) was an Australian rules footballer and coach who played for the Melbourne Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

A ruckman, Wardill became Melbourne's first ever premiership winning captain when he led his side to victory in the 1900 Grand Final against the Fitzroy Football Club.
