Summary
Every episode features two unsuspecting ghost hunting enthusiasts who are given the chance by a close friend or relative to investigate or take a tour in haunted locations in Canada and America. These enthusiasts think that they're just traveling to a supposedly haunted hotspot. However, they are actually set up by the show's cast of characters to a staged performance of paranormal activity in the already haunted location, scaring them to the bone. At the end of the episode, the host replays the enthusiasts encounters during their spooky run-through. Then the host lets them in on the joke when their friends or family are exposed and they find out they have selected them for their frightening experiences.
