The Deputy Mayoress of Wigan is the title often given to the wife of the Deputy Mayor of Wigan. As the second lady in Wigan, their role often includes supporting the deputy mayor by attending engagements, and supporting the mayor and mayoress in their role as well as standing in their absence.

The role of the deputy mayoress is not as prominent in contrast to the mayoress, the role usually being seen at official public engagements and private engagements being attended by the deputy mayor.
