DEPORTED is an upcoming English short film written and directed by Sanmugan. The film stars Bawar Jalal and Sanjana Abeykoon in the lead roles. The film features music composed by SB Music. Though principal photography commenced in January 2015, filming schedules were postponed until June 20 due to unavailability of cast dates.

Plot
Victor a passionate short film director finally decides to direct a feature film. He is search for the ideal person that fits his lead character. After several auditions it seems that Victor has no luck! Coincidentally he comes to meet Araz, a Kurdish Illegal Immigrant. It seems to Victor that Araz is the only person who fits his character perfectly...

Development
Sanmugan announced in November 2014 that he would produce and direct a film featuring Bawar Jalal in the lead role, after plans for a venture titled GAME which was later shelved after months of pre-production and delays in production.
Casting
In December 2014, Sanmugan began working on a new script.
Filming
Filming will begin in mid-June 2015 with a ten-day schedule in Hounslow, Hayes, Uxbridge and Slough. A photoshoot was carried out in late January and the first look of the movie was released on January 27 on all social networking sites.
Music
SB Music inclusion in the project was confirmed by December 2014.
Release
The film was initially titled Somebody Inside Me.
A 30-second teaser of the movie is due to release in the upcoming weeks.
