History

The Luminar Group Ltd was set up after Luminar Group Holdings PLC went into administration in October 2011, retaining the brands and most of the venues the previous company operated.

The Luminar Group Ltd was incorporated on the 5th December 2011 and is led by Peter Marks, Chief Executive.

The Luminar Group Limited acquired both Chicago Leisure Limited and Chicago Leisure (MK) Limited on 7 November 2014. On 17 May 2015, The Luminar Group was rebranded as The Deltic Group Limited, with their recent expansion into the late bar market.

Range of nightclubs

Currently the company has numerous brands and products across the country. Brands include PRYZM, Fiction, Cameo, Oceana and Liquid. Products include Love Social (club nights for under 18's), Big Night Out (themed club nights) and Vibe (An urban music night). As well as running large brands of nightclubs, Deltic operate several smaller, independent clubs.

    The Deltic Group Limited operate and support the Echo Trust charity, (registered charity no. 1096255), which was created in 2002 and since that time has raised approximately £3,000,000.

    Echo's aim is to help as many sick children and young adults in the UK as possible, by providing grants which will enable the purchase vital medical or similar equipment which they so desperately need that cannot can't be funded from alternative sources.

    All grants are made possible by the support of The Deltic Group Limited. Deltic allow the Echo Trust to hold collections during the year in its nightclubs across the UK under the ‘Give a Kid a Quid’ banner, meaning that all grants are given from donations raised through the generosity of staff and customers visiting Deltic nightclubs.

    UKCN (United Kingdom Club Network)

    UKCN is an overarching clubbers brand that Deltic use for national nightclub campaigns, it allows clubbers to select offers and promotions across the whole of the Deltic estate.

    UKCN App

    The UKCN app was launched by Deltic in November 2012. It’s the first app of its kind that deals with real time/dynamic pricing, timely promotions & loyalty and is fully integrated to the EPOS till system. It connects web services, EPOS, CRM database and payment with a seamless intuitive and speedy delivery.

    HYPE / Love Social Under 18s Events

    The Deltic Group Limited operate under 18s events under the Hype and Love Social brand, where a safe and secure environment is provided for 13- to 17-year-olds at its nightclubs.
