Delen Private Bank is a belgian bank specialising in private wealth management and stockbroking. Established by André Delen in 1936, the company initially operated as an exchange office. In 1975 the founder passed the management of the company on to his sons.

Delen Private Bank is now part of the holding company Finaxis, which is controlled by Ackermans & van Haaren and Promofi. The Finaxis portfolio also comprises Bank J. Van Breda en C°, which caters mainly to entrepreneurs and professionals.

Delen Private Bank has a total of eight offices in Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. It was named Best Private Bank in Belgium in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. In 2011 Delen acquired a 74% majority stake in UK brokerage JM Finn & Co (Ltd).

In July 2015 Delen Private Bank reached an agreement to acquire Oyens & Van Eeghen, a transaction which will mark the company’s debut on the Dutch market. The acquisition will boost assets under management by Delen on behalf of clients in the Benelux and the UK to EUR 37 billion.
