Delaware Depository Service Company, LLC (DDSC) is a precious metals custody and distribution center located in Wilmington, Delaware providing vaulting and shipping services for financial institutions, industrial companies, and investors worldwide. It is a licensed precious metals depository of regulated commodities exchanges Nymex, Comex, and NYSE Liffe. It stores gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. DDSC owns all of its buildings and equipment; they are not rented, leased, or shared. Its vaults are physically fortified, feature timed locks and automatic re-locking devices, and are under extensive 24/7 security monitoring which can detect motion, sound, and vibration.

Delaware Depository was founded in 1999 and offers bullion and coin custody, shipping, and account administration. It is the largest American precious metal depository outside of New York City. It is particularly attractive to investors due to the state of Delaware's flexible tax laws. Wilmington, DE is also geographically separated from major political and financial centers such as New York City or Washington, D.C., as the area rarely experiences natural disasters.
