Dee Cheng Chuan (Chinese: 李清泉; pinyin: Li Qingquan; Pe̍h-oe-ji: Li Chheng-choan, 1888–1940) was a Chinese Filipino businessperson. He was a lumber manufacturer and a co-founder of China Banking Corporation. He was also a former president of the Manila Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
