David fraser


David Fraser is a major-general of the Canadian Forces. He was the commander of the Multinational Brigade for Regional Command South in Afghanistan's southern provinces in 2006. He took over from US General Karl Eikenberry on February 28, 2006, and served in that capacity until October of the same year.
