Daniel Leroy Johnson (born 15 December 1946) has been a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2006.

Johnson was born in Colonia Juárez, Chihuahua, one of the Mormon colonies in Mexico. From 1966 to 1968, he was a missionary for the LDS Church in the West Mexico Mission. After his missionary service, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Before becoming a general authority, Johnson served in the LDS Church as a stake president, bishop, and area seventy. He also served as president of the Ecuador Guayaquil North Mission from 1991 to 1994. In addition to Mexico and Ecuador, Johnson has lived in Honduras, Uruguay, Venezuela, Utah, Minnesota, Texas and Dominican Republic.
In April 2006, Johnson became a member of the LDS Church's First Quorum of the Seventy. As a general authority, Johnson served as president of the church's Caribbean Area and from 2009 to 2014, he served as president of the Mexico Area. In October 2016, he was released as a General Authority Seventy and designated as an emeritus general authority.
