Daniel Joseph "Dan" Cosley (born July 10, 1979) is an American guitarist, composer, and arranger.

Cosley earned a master's degree in guitar performance and composition from the Lamont School of Music, University of Denver where he studied with Ricardo Iznaola and Samuel Adler.
