Daisuke Nakazawa

Daisuke Nakazawa (born 1979) is a sushi chef who is the head chef of Sushi Nakazawa located in New York City. Nakazawa is a former apprentice of Jiro Ono working under him for many years. He also appeared on David Gelb documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi when he still work as an apprentice at Sukiyabashi Jiro. Nakazawa relocated to Seattle for several years before coming to New York to open Sushi Nakazawa.
