DYHR (91.5 FM), currently broadcasting as 91.5 Yes! FM Cebu, is a commercial CHR and OPM radio station licensed to Cebu City. It was owned by Pacific Broadcasting Systems (a wholly owned subsidiary of Manila Broadcasting Company) in the Philippines. The station's studio are located at the Eggling Subdivision, Busay Hills, Cebu City, and transmitter are located at the Brgy. Kalunasan, Cebu City.

It is operates 24 hours a day (except on Mondays where its signs-off at midnight to 4:00 AM and except Holy Week annually where its signs-off from midnight of Maundy Thursday and lasts until 4:00 AM of Easter Sunday).

91.5 Hot FM (1999-2014)

It was originally broadcast in 1999 as 91.5 Hot FM. It is one of 5 major radio stations in the city. HOT FM MBC's FM radio arm (aside from Love Radio, Easy Rock, Yes FM and Radyo Natin) has major stations in Dagupan City, Cebu City, Cauayan City, Isabela and Zamboanga City, with more than 50 minor provincial radio stations (under the consortium with another MBC FM network Radyo Natin).

91.5 Yes! FM (2014-present)

On February 24, 2014, together with other Hot FM stations in Dagupan, Cauayan and Zamboanga and Easy Rock station in General Santos, 91.5 Hot FM was rebranded as 91.5 Yes! FM. This marked the return of Yes FM branding in the Metro Cebu market since it had previously broadcast on 102.7 MHz from 2000 until it went off-the-air sometime in 2008, just one year prior to the said previous Yes FM Cebu's frequency were reformatted and became 102.7 Easy Rock in 2009 and leave Metro Cebu market without its own Yes FM branding for five years.
