WRocK Davao

In 1993, ACWS - United Broadcasting Network (ACWS-UBN) established the Davao radio station DXKR, more popularly called 95.5 WRocK Davao, on the FM band.

On October 6, 2008, it has been announced that Elizalde Group of Companies' Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) has purchased WRocK from the Hodreal family, owners of ACWS-UBN, for PhP229.6 million. However, due to radio guidelines, MBC is not allowed to own more than one radio station. As such, the frequency used by the WRocK Manila radio station was assigned to Cebu Broadcasting Company.

While the Manila radio station is under the control of Cebu Broadcasting Company, ACWS-UBN continued to retain control of the WRocK provincial stations.

Hit Radio Davao/Retro 95.5

In May 2010, the demise of WRocK Online saw UMBN's transfer of blocktime agreement to 95.5 after its agreement with RBN's 100.3 expired, hence rebranding the station as 95.5 Hit Radio. Aside from this, Cebu's DYRK still exists amongst the provincial WRocK stations.

In January 1, 2016, Hit Radio rebranded as Retro 95.5, adapted from Cebu station 103.5 Retro Cebu.
