DXBY, known as 89.9 Brigada News FM, is a station owned and operated by Brigada Mass Media Corporation in Zamboanga City. It broadcasts daily 24 hours a day except on Mondays where it signs off at midnight to 4:00 AM and Except Holy Week where its signs off from midnight of Black Saturday and lasts 4:00AM of Easter Sunday. Its studios are located at the 2nd floors of the LRC Building, Tomas Claudio St., Zamboanga City.
Before Brigada News FM's transfer from 93.1 since 2015, DXBY was known as Bay Radio 89.9 (then owned by Baycomms Broadcasting Corporation, prior to its merger with Brigada in 2013).
