SMNI TV 39 of Sonshine Media Network International (DWBP-TV channel 39), is a relay station of SMNI TV 43 Davao. It is currently operated from Davao City by Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI) after the network and expand to the entire Philippine archapelago. Its studios is located at ACQ Tower, Sta. Rita Street, EDSA, Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City and its transmitter is located at KJC Compound, Brgy, Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City. DWBP-TV now operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The station was temporarily inactive on May 2014, due to upgrading of transmission power & maintenance of their airconditioning unit inside the transmitter room, but it recently resumed on-air on July 11, 2014 at exactly 7pm.
As ETV 39
The station started as ETV 39, attempting to become the first free to air gambling channel on UHF with the nightly Bingo Pilipino draws. It fizzled out in 2001 as former President Joseph Estrada banned its draws in response to public clamor.
As ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV / SMNI TV 39
Last January 8, 2006, after the series of test broadcasts, ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV 39 is launched at the first Global Thanksgiving and Worship presentation at the PhilSports Arena.
On July 2006, ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV to form as Sonshine Media Network International was launched as News and Public Affairs block which became a tie-up of ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV-39.
On August 2010, ACQ-KBN Sonshine TV (merger of ACQ-KBN and Sonshine Media Network International) was renamed as simply SMNI.
