DAMAC Maison Hotels & Resorts, simply referred to and stylized as DAMAC Maison, is the hospitality division of DAMAC Properties, founded in October 2011. DAMAC Maison’s chain of luxury five-star hotels and serviced hotel apartments include DAMAC Maison Dubai Mall Street, DAMAC Maison Canal Views, DAMAC Maison Cour Jardin, DAMAC Maison The Vogue and DAMAC Maison de Ville Breeze. DAMAC Maison portfolio of hotels provide 24-hour check-in service and other family-friendly services.

Partnerships
DAMAC Maison manages DAMAC Towers by Paramount in Riyadh. DAMAC Towers is a four-tower Paramount Pictures based movie-themed hotel that was opened in partnership with DAMAC Maison and Paramount Hotel & Resorts in June 2015. Out of four towers, Paramount Hotel & Residences manages one and the remaining three are managed by DAMAC Maison.
DAMAC Maison Dubai Mall Street
Dubai Mall Street is DAMAC Maison’s first luxury serviced hotel apartment project opened in December 2013. Dubai Mall Street is designed by German architects Koschany & Zimmer. It is located in downtown Dubai opposite to The Dubai Mall.
DAMAC Maison Canal Views
Canal Views is DAMAC Maison’s second luxury hotel property project launched alongside with Dubai Mall Street in December 2013, also located in downtown Dubai. Canal Views looks over the Business Bay water canal and The Burj Khalifa.
DAMAC Maison Cour Jardin
Cour Jardin is located in Business Bay, Dubai, and was opened in December 2014.
DAMAC Maison The Vogue and DAMAC Maison de Ville Breeze
In April 2015 DAMAC Maison opened 2 properties: The Vogue and de Ville Breeze (formerly known as Naia Breeze). The Vogue is located in downtown Dubai and DAMAC Maison de Ville Breeze is located in Business Bay.
