D lactate 2 sulfatase

(S)-2-O-sulfolactate + H₂O ⇌ (S)-lactate + sulfate

Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are (S)-2-O-sulfolactate and H₂O, whereas its two products are (S)-lactate and sulfate.
