D. Sathyaprakash is an Indian playback singer and rose to fame after finishing as a second runner up on the musical talent reality TV show, Airtel Super Singer 3 in Star Vijay.

Early life and singing career
In 1999, Sathyaprakash performed at a school contest and was noticed by Chitra, a development officer with Life Insurance Corporation of India, who was one of the judges. Chitra arranged for Sathyaprakash to study with Chandrasekhar Bhagavathar.
Discography
Sathyaprakash had four Carnatic music albums featuring his music (Padatha Pattillai, Jananam, Pazham née, and Soundaryam) released under the banner of Rajalakshmi Audio, a music record company.
Sathyaprakash has sung for popular music composers including AR Rahman, Ilaiyaraaja, Vidyasagar, G.V. Prakash Kumar and D Imman.
