Cul-de-sac conquest

Cul-De-Sac Conquest is a dedicated deck card game, developed by Atheris Games, where players choose a character and compete to annoy one another.

After suffering through trauma caused by awful neighbors, CEO and game designer Andrew Birkett discovered a need to tell his story and get his revenge. Over stale coffee served in washed out tin cans (this was a tough time financially) with brother Colby Birkett and friend extraordinaire Chuck the idea for Cul-De-Sac Conquest was born. Unable to get rid of their real life neighbors, a plan has hatched for a game in which they could not only annoy their supposed neighbors but eventually cause said neighbors to abandon their dwellings in a fit of rage! After all, who hasn't secretly wished to be rid of pesky neighbors?

Yet even then the need for revenge and annoyance was not fulfilled and they decided to branch out and bring their game to the masses of discontents eager to sabotage their own neighbors. A Kickstarter campaign was created but little did this small group realize that soon their idea for revenge would be shared by hundreds and then thousands! Within hours the campaign was fully funded and the team could renew their focus on being more annoying then before.

Cul-De-Sac Conquest is also known for being one of several products that got stranded at sea during the Hanjin bankruptcy that rattled the shipping industry.
