History
It was once a coaching stop on the old Belfast to Derry road and was also a shop selling everything for a rural community, a Post Office and then a bar. It is thought to have been built around 1740. In February 2000 the building was seriously damaged by fire. Shortly thereafter fundraising projects were instigated, including the recording and production of a CD, Live in the Kitchen, featuring 20 tracks from 30 local musicians. The Inn has since reopened.
