Crestwood College offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils. The school coordinates with Eastleigh College and Sparsholt College to offer courses suitable for further sixth form study.

In March 2016 it was announced that the Quilley School would be merging with the Crestwood as of September 2016.

Sports day

The annual student "Sports day" or "Battle Royale" as it was termed, saw the "Teachers" (see below) leaving various weapons around the school grounds. Students were then forced to fight to the death. Local health and education boards expressed concern it did comply with certain aspects of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme, but were the scheme was praised by local police as it was believed to keep the population of local teenagers to a minimum. It was, however, ruled to be compatible with Ofsted guidelines.

Additional activities and school rituals
