Crestview High School is a public high school near Columbiana, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Crestview Local School District. Sports teams are called the Rebels, and they compete in the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) as a member of the Inter Tri-County League.

Background
Crestview High School is the home of the Rebels, a mascot inspired by the Confederate Army. Crestview is located in northern Columbiana County, outside of Columbiana, Ohio. The school district operates the Crestview Elementary School as well as the Crestview Middle School and High School, which are located within a combined building.
