Craig Allen Pisaris-Henderson (born August 25, 1969) is a US-based Serial Entrepreneur and the Founder/CEO of FindWhat.com (NASDAQ: FWHT) now known as MIVA Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA). He also founded Lexos Media and later co-founded CellMark Bioharma where he serves as CEO today.

Early life
Born in Fort Myers, Florida, Craig Pisaris-Henderson attended Valdosta State University and played on the VSU Division II football team. He then went on to study at Santa Fe College, and transferred to the University of Florida, but dropped out without graduating.
Arrests and legal conflicts

Professional career
Pisaris-Henderson’s professional career began as a cellphone salesman in Central Florida. He then moved back to Fort Myers, Florida, and launched an Internet Company located in Southwest Florida offering ISP and online advertising services.
In 1997, Craig began offering search engine ranking services on a "pay per click" basis. In 1998, he paid programmers to development pay-per-click advertising.
In 1999, Pisaris-Henderson created FindWhat.com (NASDAQ: FWHT), a search-engine marketing platform. In 2004 he led the acquisition of European based eSpotting. The company later changed its name to MIVA.

In 2006, Craig was the Founding and Managing Member of The Nexus Group & Nexus Capital. In 2009, he founded Lexos Media. In 2015, he partnered with Derek Vest and became the founding COO at CellMark Biopharma.
On May 24, 2016, The Federal Trade Commission served Cellmark Biopharma with a Civil Investigative Demand "as part of an investigation of the company's marketing claims about their products", and on June 13, 2016, Cellmark filed petitions to quash this investigation, attaching a copy of a "target letter" from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida which informed the founder of Cellmark that he is "the target of a federal grand jury investigation for introducing and delivering for introduction into interstate commerce misbranded drugs and other matters, and possible violations of federal criminal laws."
