Cornelious Drane (born July 28, 1960) was a Golden Glove Boxing Champion and a highly touted amateur boxer from Homestead, Florida, in the 1970s and 1980s.

Amateur highlights

In 1977, Drane won the flyweight high school division of the Miami Golden Gloves Tournament. Drane's amateur career was from 1977 until 1982. He competed in five Golden Gloves Tournaments, and in the February 1982 tournament, he defeated Sherman Bergman who was 17–2 (17 knockouts).

Professional boxing career

Drane turned pro on November 11, 1982, against Santiago Nava in Hialeah, Florida. Drane worked as a police officer with the Miami Police Department. His professional boxing career spanned three decades and ended on January 31, 2003.
