On March 7, 2015, Buie appeared in the 2015 Clarkson Cup finals with the Boston Blades. With the game in overtime, Buie sent a pass to her former college roommate and teammate Janine Weber, with 2:12 in the overtime period, earning the Boston Blades their second Clarkson Cup.

On December 31, 2015, Buie and the Boston Pride participated in the 2015 Women's Winter Classic, the first outdoor professional women’s hockey game.
