Constantin Țuțu, sometimes spelled Constantin TsiomTsiom (born 9 February 1987 in Băcioi), is a Moldovan Muay Thai kickboxer and K-1 fighter who competes in the cruiserweight division. He was ranked the #8 light heavyweight in the world in 2012 by LiverKick.com.

As of August 2014, Țuțu was widely considered the best sportsman in the country. In 2013, he won the Sportsman of the Year award.
Țuțu comes from the Romanian community of Moldova.
