Conrad Taylor

Conrad Taylor (September 9, 1996) is the 19 year-old councilman-elect for Binghamton's Fourth City Council District, which comprises Downtown Binghamton and the Northside. He is a current student at Binghamton University where he studies political science. He was elected on November 3rd, 2015 with 55% of the vote as a Democrat.
