Conrad Schools of Science is a public secondary school located in Woodcrest, a suburb of Wilmington, Delaware, USA. It is one of five high schools in the Red Clay Consolidated School District. There were 1,215 students enrolled in the fall for the 2014-2015 school year. The school opened as the Henry C. Conrad High School in 1935. In 1978 it became the Conrad Middle School. The building was renamed as the Schools of Science in 2007.

Academics
Henry C. Conrad Schools of Science is a grade 6-12 magnet program focusing on excellence in biotechnology and allied health. Its goal is to graduate students who are college and career-ready in the fields of biotechnology and health careers.
Athletics
A committee was formed to explore the possibility changing the Redskins mascot that has been used for 80 years, but which some people now agree is offensive to Native Americans. The mission statement of the Retire the Mascot Committee is: "Promote a cultural understanding for the retirement of our current Conrad Schools of Science mascot and select a yet to be named, new mascot, that will proudly represent our school, our community, and our history".
However, that committee has been met with a larger than anticipated amount of opposition, and the debates are ongoing. A liaison committee has also been formed to work toward an agreement between the two groups, and will convey their joint recommendation to the Red Clay Board at a date yet to be determined. The Conrad Alumni Association has been instrumental in gathering supporters which include not only alumni, but the community, current students and Native Americans from around the country. A recent student-led Twitter poll revealed that 70% of the 200+ students polled did not want the name or logo changed, while only 21% did. The remaining 9% of voters had no opinion. But the student led Twitter poll did NOT include the total student population of the school which totals approximately 1200 students.
A poll led by the News Journal revealed that 86% of voters felt that Conrad Schools of Science should keep the Redskins name and logo. The Red Clay school board will vote on the issue at the June 2016 meeting.
In June, 2016 the Red Clay board voted 4-2 to drop the Redskins name, and begin the process of selecting a replacement.
