Plot
A British aristocrat goes to New York City to sell some paintings, but when the bank collapses, he finds himself stranded with no money and lots of bills.

Writing for The Spectator in 1935, Graham Greene criticized the film as a typical example of the "snobby" and classist English film whose subtle social humor "would be quite meaningless to any but an English audience".
TV Guide called it an "entertaining musical."
