Coláiste Éanna CBS is a Catholic Secondary School for boys in Ballyroan, Dublin, Ireland. It was founded in 1967 by the Congregation of Christian Brothers to serve the needs of the Ballyroan and adjacent parishes. It is home to 620 pupils and a staff of 43 teachers and 8 ancillary staff. The school is administered by a Board of Management appointed by the Edmund Rice Schools' Trust. The Irish Christian Brothers handed over ownership of Coláiste Éanna to the Trust in 2008.

Contents

The school operates 6 formal years of teaching from 1st to 6th year including a Transition Year in 4th Year. Every year is divided up into 4 classes with a maximum of 27 students per class in Junior Cycle and 20 in Senior Cycle. A wide range of diverse subjects are taught in the school including Religion, Irish, English, French, Spanish, Economics, Business, Accounting, Geography, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, PE, Woodwork, Technical Graphics, Design and Communication Graphics, Computer Studies, SPHE, Art and Music.

There is a very broad range of extra curricular activities; hurling, Gaelic football, soccer, basketball, golf, table tennis, athletics, theatre and drama, music and choir, debating, European Youth Parliament, chess, bridge, martial arts.

Coláiste Éanna is named after St. Enda's School or Scoil Éanna which was founded by Patrick Pearse in 1908 and located in the Hermitage, Grange Road which is 1 kilometer from the campus. All subjects are taught through the medium of English.
