Clyde M. Johnston (July 18, 1891 – May 23, 1989) was an American politician.
Johnston served as the acting Wisconsin State Treasurer from October 1, 1948 until January 3, 1949. He was appointed from the staff of the state treasurer's office to fill a vacancy.
