The Clinical Centre Of Serbia is a medical centre located in Belgrade. It serves as the main medical centre for both Belgrade and the rest of Serbia. contains 41 organisational units, of which 23 are clinics. The complex also houses the Faculty Of Medicine and the Medical High School. Clinical Centre spreads over 34 hectares in Savski Venac. It consists of about 50 buildings, with a total floorspace of 280,000 m² (3,113,000 ft).

With 3,500 beds, the Centre is considered the largest hospital in Europe. The health centre employs around 7,500 people. Every year around one million patients are treated, 90,000 hospitalised, over 50,000 surgeries performed, and more than 7,000 babies delivered.
