The estates cover an area of more than 500 hectares with population of 160,000 representing people from 70 countries and regions.
Clifford Estates includes Clifford International School, Clifford Hospital, a bus station (Clifford Estate Station), taxi station, the Clifford Hotel, and a police station. The nearest metro station is Hanxi Changlong. It also includes many shuttle bus stations.
