Claire Molloy (b. June 22, 1988) is a female rugby union player. She represented Ireland at the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup in France.

Molloy is a Doctor. She studied Medicine at Cardiff University. Like most of the women in the Irish squad, Molloy played Gaelic football as a youngster. She played in the 2005 All-Ireland Senior Ladies' Football Championship for Galway.

Her Great Great Grand father Patrick P Molloy was the first farmer to have "Potatoe Blight" on his Farm in the great Irish Famine 1845–1852
