Career

On 25 May 2015, Harries signed his first professional contract with Coventry City on a three-year deal which would begin 1 July 2015.

During the 2016 January transfer window, Harries joined Cheltenham Town on an initial one-month loan deal. He made his début a day later coming on in the 81st minute to replace Billy Waters in the 0-0 draw against Boreham Wood. On 16 January 2016, Harries made his first start on 16 January 2016, in the FA Trophy 2-2 draw against Oxford City.
He made his debut for Coventry City, starting against Oldham Athletic on the final day. He played the full game in a 0-2 win.

Cian started the on the opening day of the 2016/17 season away to Swindon Town. They lost the game 1-0 with Swindon grabbing the winner in the 86th minute.
He made his full home debut against Portsmouth at the Ricoh Arena in the newly named 'EFL Cup'. Coventry ran out 3-2 winners in extra-time.
He started the following game, in the League at home to Shrewsbury. The game finished 0-0.

His best performance to date came on the following Tuesday, where the Sky Blues again drew 0-0. This time at home against Bury, Cian picked up the Man of the Match award.
He was on the bench for the game against Bradford at Valley Parade, but came on in the 66th minute for Kyel Reid, due to the sending off of Jordan Turnbull.
After making 4 more appearances for the Sky Blues, Harries signed a new 4-year deal keeping him at the football club up till June 2020.
He started against Wycombe Wanderers in the EFL Trophy, coming back from 2-0 down to win 2-4.
Cian then started in the FA Cup replay at home to Morecambe, which was his debut in the competition. Coventry ran out 2-1 winners in normal time.
On 4th January 2017, Harries played a trial match for Liverpool U23s against Bangor City in a friendly.
On the 6th of January 2017, Harries will complete his transfer to Liverpool for a undisclosed fee.
