Church of St. John the Evangelist is a historic Episcopal church on Chittenden Road in Stockport, Columbia County, New York. It was built in 1845 and is a one-story, rectangular, wood-frame building in the Carpenter Gothic style. It features a projecting center entrance tower and steep gable roofs. The adjacent cemetery contains approximately 2,200 burials from 1821 to the present.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
