Christopher David Quick (8 September 1989) is an Welsh footballer who plays for Welsh Alliance League Canton Liberal. He plays as a striker.

Personal life

Quick has 5 children, one boy, four girls. His firstborn and oldest daughter unfortunately died at birth.

Career

During his younger years in school, Quick didn't have a strong interest in football. However, when he turned 17, Quick started playing with a local football team and was soon noticed by other local clubs. After scoring 74 goals in his first season with Cardiff Hibernian, he joined Inter Cardiff F.C. Quick netted 81 goals in his first season with Cardiff, followed by 72 goals in his second season.

Quick moved on to Hibernian United after Inter Cardiff went out of business. In half a season at Hibernian, Quick claimed the top scorer trophy, netting 52 goals in 11 games. Quick got attention when he came on as a substitute in a cup semi final. With his team losing 4-0, Quick came into the game in the 48th minute. Coming on scoring 8 goals in an 8-5 Win.

Soon after, Canton Liberal Football Club recruited Quick. In his first season with Canton in the Premiership, he scored 57 goals, which saw Canton Liberal promoted into the Amateur world of Football. Since being in the Amateur leagues. Quick has scored a further 173 goals in just under 62 games.

Quick's overall goal tally stands at 452 goals in 171 games

South Wales Regions Cup

Quick represented Wales in the Football Association of Wales Regions Cup in 2016, scoring a hat trick in a 3-0 win over North East Wales for the right to represent Wales in the UEFA competition.
