Chris gained notability in the online bodybuilding world in the late 1990s as a key contributor to the online bodybuilding magazine, Iron Magazine Online (or IronMag). He has worked with athletes from 28 different sports. He has been “Head Strength Coach” for the Central Institute for Human Performance (official center of the St. Louis Blues). Thibaudeau has competed in several Olympic Weightlifting and bodybuilding shows, most recently the 2006 Quebec Provincial Championships. He competed in weightlifting at the national level as well as bodybuilding, He was also a football coach for 8 years.

Christian Thibaudeau is a pioneer in the development of the Neuro Typing System theory which elaborate about neurological profiles and how they have a huge impact on athletes performance and nutrition. This principle explains that everybody is neurally and physically different which means everyone respond differently to certain training variables within training programs.
