Christian Noyer (born 6 October 1950) is a French economist who served Governor of the Bank of France from 2003 to 2015. He also served as the first Vice President of the European Central Bank from 1998 to 2002. In March 2010 Noyer became Chairman of the Bank for International Settlements.
