Chris Martin (born 1954) is an American artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Martin was born in Washington DC. He makes abstract paintings with elements of collage which reference New Age and nature imagery. Martin is influenced by artists such as Paul Feeley, Yayoi Kusama, Alfred Jensen and others who are also concerned with the formal qualities of painting.
