Christopher Mychal Harrell (born January 29, 1983 in Euclid, Ohio) is a professional American football player, playing strong safety in the National Football League. Currently allocated to the Berlin Thunder of NFL Europa, Harrell signed as a free agent with the Arizona Cardinals shortly after the 2006 NFL draft. He played collegiately at Penn State University and attended Euclid High School in Euclid, Ohio.

During the 2005 season, the 6'2", 210-pound Harrell was a full-time starter and an honorable mention All-Big Ten selection at Penn State, after missing all of 2004 with a serious neck injury suffered in spring practice. He helped the Nittany Lions lead the conference in pass efficiency defense in 2005, and made 88 tackles. There he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2005.
