Christopher Joseph Bittle, , (born February 17, 1979) is a Canadian Liberal politician, who was elected to represent the riding of St. Catharines in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2015 federal election. He serves as the current Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons. He is a Member of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights and Vice-Chair of the Canadian NATO Parliamentary Association.

Early life and career

Bittle was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario. He graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor. Prior to being elected to the House of Commons he worked as a civil litigator in St. Catharines. He is the past Chair of the Quest Community Health Centre Board of Directors.
