Club
In February 2016, Kelly signed a professional contract with Arsenal. During the 2015 Continental Tyres Cup, Kelly scored two goals for the Arsenal helping them to win the cup for the fourth time in five years.
International
Kelly represented England on the under-17 national team during the 2014 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship. In November 2015, she scored an equaliser against Italy to earn a draw.
