Chinnapasupula is a small village of Peddamudium Block of Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh, India. It is 8km from Jammalamadugu Constutuency. The village consists of nearly 500 people in population, of which about 370 are voters. The most common native language of Chinnapasupula is Telugu.

History

In ancient times the village was ruled by Banaganapalle Nawabs.

Religion

In the village are many temples of Lord Shiva, Sree Rama, Anjaneya, Chennakesava and Moulali swamy. The temples are built on hundreds of acres lands donated by the peoples of Chinnapsupula in ancient days. The people celebrate Moulali Swamy JATHARA every year. Thousands of peoples from tenant villagers are involved in the celebrations.

Education

So many well educated students are there in the village. In the village one MPP school is there to give education to poor students.

Agriculture

Nearly 1000 acres of agriculture land are there in the village. Villagers cultivate mainly Bengal Gram(sanaga(chana)), cotton, sunflower and rice. There is scarcity in water for irrigating their lands.

Chinnapasupula‘s nearest town/city/important place is Jammalamadugu located at the distance of 8 kilometer. Medidinne, N.kottala palle, Peddapasupula and Chidipiralla dinne are surrounding villages of Chinnapasupula. The nearest railway stations in and around Chinnapasupula is Muddanuru(Railway code:MOO) and Yerranguntla(Railway code:YA) which are located in and around 39 kilometer and 46 kilometer respectively in distance. The nearest railway junctions are Nandyala,Renigunta and Guntakal.

Chinnapasupula‘s nearest airport is Cuddapah Airport situated at 75-80 KM distance.
