Chief quality officer, abbreviated CQO, is the manager responsible for the quality of the products or services provided by a corporation. The CQO commonly reports direct to the CEO and is usually a member of the Management team

    • The CQO commonly cooperates with the COO, CFO, CIO and CEO. For corporations that are in the IT industry it is also common to have close cooperation with a CTO.
